We won that trial and the bank appealed and David in no time had the appellate brief prepared with all the trial exhibits and all the details of the trial . We won the appeal and the bank ended up paying us a considerable amount of money!….. being a trial lawyer myself I thought I knew what to expect but watching David in the court room was like nothing I had seen- he is truly one of a kind and a 10 .
